Architectural design,  3D modelling, Rendering, Materiality, Caribbean Architecture

This is a project conceived as teamwork at Sánchez & Curiel Arquitectos in the Dominican Republic. The proposal was conceived from the conceptual phase until
the beginning of the construction during my time at the office. The design comprises a contemporary house in the north side of Santo Domingo. Stone, wood and glass compose the most important elements highlighting the green qualities of the context and enhancing the nature around it.

The design is light and follows the topography while hiding the house from the front side of the street only revealing the visitor the different levels of spaces inside of the house.

A collaborative project with Andrés Sánchez, César Curiel and the team at Sánchez & Curiel Arquitectos.
